Following Dave’s passing his family and friends bonded together to create the David Duffy Charitable Foundation

Our Mission

The David M. Duffy Jr. Foundation was formed to honor the life and legacy of David M. Duffy Jr. and in particular, to carry on his generous spirit and unrivaled desire to help and support others, whether it be through providing advice and opportunities, making connections, sustaining relationships, donating to those less fortunate or supporting worthy causes.

Giving back was something that Dave placed the utmost value on and was very passionate about – our mission is to carry this noble purpose on for him through supporting community based not-for-profit organizations which seek the betterment and promotion of low socio-economic classes as well as under-resourced individuals seeking educational, athletic and job opportunities. Such support aligns with the type of philanthropy he felt most strongly about and had undertaken himself during his lifetime.

In addition, we will support not-for-profit organizations which support single parents and widows, which we are certain that Dave, who was a devoted and loving husband and father, would be passionate about as well.

Dave’s life was tragically cut short far too early but he shined an incredibly bright light in his 39 years and it is our mission to ensure his light never fades by continuing to give back in his name. In doing so, we aspire to make Dave proud, his legacy eternal and most fundamentally, the world a better place.
